Diether Carlos Pascual Ocampo was born on July 22, 1976) is a Filipino actor, singer and model. He is known popularly as “Diet”.Ocampo’s transfer from ABS CBN to a GMA has been discussed in different papers. Diet may have already signed a 4-year contract.Diet was supposed to have his first project on GMA which is the Koreanovela remake of All About Eve. But recently, he had just signed a two-year contract in his home network after having been offered two primetime shows and Ocampo will remain as a Star Magic talent. During the Trade Launch of new shows of ABS-CBN next year, Diet is included in two teleserye’s in the Kapamilya Network in 2009, namely Only You with Angel Locsin and Sam Milby and the Philippine version of Rubí with Angelica Panganiban. Diether Ocampo remains an exclusive Kapamilya star.
